I've been wanting to create this look for soooo long! I saw a blogger wearing something similar this past fashion week and loved it! Bell sleeves are also one of my current obsessions, so what's better than a bell sleeve sweater? I'll wait..As all trends come back around, I'm loving all of the velvet and long sleeve layering under dresses styling!
