Yellow come into my life and shine all over! I feel fresh, I have a lot of positive energy in and around me and I'm ready to let it radiate in my businesses. It's time for freshness and now that I have a hold onto things I feel like it's the time to shine. I find myself talking myself down from negative thoughts and emotions. When I find myself angry or irritated I just breathe and ask myself "Why are you mad? Will it matter in a year, or even an hour? Can you fix it? If you can fix it, fix it. If you can't then be at peace." I feel so much more relaxed. I've also learned not to have expectations of anyone or anything but myself because I'm the only being that I'm in control of. I'm not sure where I read or heard it but someone said "When you have expectations of a person you give them your energy, and when they don't meet your expectations they take your energy and you're left mad/sad/dissatisfied." 

I'm keeping all of my positive energy and I encourage you to do the same. Drop the negative baggage and stress, I promise you will feel so much better regardless as to ANY circumstances. Happiness is a choice and while sometimes I get upset I know I'm blessed and things could always be worse. Focus on the good and the bad won't even seem "that bad" anymore <3
