Last Friday Grae and I took a Mommy & Me field trip to the Huntington library Gardens. I’ve been trying to find new outdoor adventures for us so I was happy to grab tickets on their site, if you are planning to go get your tickets in advance because they sell out pretty quickly and don’t allow full capacity due to Covid. The place is HUUUGGE we only went through half of it, wear comfortable shoes don’t try to go being cute like I did. My feet were on fire by the end of the day *insert clown emoji* Bring plenty of water and snacks, they sell concessions in certain areas but depending where you are I can be a long walk to get to them.... especially if you just sat down to take a Dorito break in the middle of the desert garden. I personally wouldn’t wear yellow or any bright colored hats, I had on an orange hat and the bumblebees were trying to suck pollen out of it lol, and the bumblebees were MASSIVE. I kept telling Grae to relax when she got freaked out at bugs then when one would mess with me I’d go crazy too, such city girls hahahaha.

The most beautiful Lily’s EVER!!!

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, I would go back to relax for the day, or find a quiet corner to read a book. It would also be a cute place for a date for the romantic lovers out there *cant relate* lol
The the indoor museums and kids exploration section is currently closed but there’s still lots of fun to be had. We flipped a coin at every fountain, touched turtles & Koi Fish at the Lilly pond, climbed trees in the Japanese Garden, and more. It was the perfect outting with my little one, highly recommended!
